A prototype of Twisted Metal 4 for the PlayStation.

Notes

No music in the intro sequence
No loading screen
Title screen/main menu is different. Background zoomed away, and Load Game is Memory Card instead.
No indication at the bottom that Triangle goes back in the menus.
Options menu has an additional item, "Accept Changes"
Slight differences for the vehicle selection, such as the text and the control functions at the bottom.
The vehicle Microblast is named Wind-Up here.
The order of cycling through the vehicles is different
When viewing the character bios, the music doesn't fade out to let the character monologue be heard; so their voices get drowned out by the music that still keeps playing.
Choosing a character brings up a crude pop-up message asking to save the current settings.
Very different pre-battle loading screen
No reverse turbo
Vehicle handling/mechanics is very finnicky
