Notes

• Possibly developed by ReadySoft. A credit to Stéphane Leblanc can be found in the ROM data at 0xF3D3E.
• The name entry screen functions as a level select; the first letter which is inputted will warp the player to a level in order, starting from A (Level 1) and ending in P (Level 16).
• There's no audio.
