An unreleased Nintendo Wii prototype that was developed under the title of Tornado Alley. The prototype was developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Games as an initial Nintendo Wii exclusive.
Notes
- Introduction of various gameplay mechanics that never made it into the final game. These include:
- Combo Moves: Players would waggle the Wiimote and Nunchuk combo around to increase the tornado's destruction.
- Side Missions: A variety of level themed objectives that would've revolved around players guiding the tornado throughout the environment to completive various objectives ranging from collecting humans, animals, to even growing the tornado to a specific size to take out a large structure.
- Fujita Frenzy: A powerup that could increase the size of the tornado by filling up a power meter.
- The Level Selection screen is entirely 2D based as opposed to the 3D globe of Earth in the final release of the game.
