Built on the same day as the final, but contains full debug functionality.
Contains singleplayer, multiplayer, and press release executables.
The build will come across a havok licensing error. You will need to change the date of your devkit to around the date of this build in order to get it to run, or use "RunAsDate" or similar programs to launch it on Xenia.

-* In this build, the executables will look for DEVKIT:\bloomberg.ini in an infinite loop, and cause blackscreen issues on Xenia since it is not a devkit. The xex's will need to be patched in order to run on Xenia. The difference between this build and others is that on other builds, only profile and release binaries will cause this issue. On this build, every executable has this issue.
