Notes

• Although it's called "DongleTool.xex", the xex file is actually called "GTA4Debug_xenon.xex". Unfortunately, part of the xex and the other files are overwritten because of Grand Theft Auto IV (Nov 23, 2007 prototype).
• The xex contains even older versions of achievements compared to Grand Theft Auto IV (Nov 23, 2007 prototype).

Warning: No DMCA takedown notices were filed with the wiki, but given that the page containing the devkit has been removed, it was decided to remove these assets to avoid further issues.
