A prototype of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag for the Xbox 360.

Notes

  • This build was found on an HDD (called Ubisoft Massive HDD #1 - Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed 4). This build was extracted by funtimeandrefoxy on Mar 12, 2024 and no fixs were necessary.
  • Unlike the fc3 builds that existed in cluster 1, which had the name of their folder with the build name, this build for some reason is called “autotest”.
  • Contains 6 .xex that allow the user to run the game and based on tests carried out on Xenia Canary on May 25, 2024 it can be said that:
    • acga_e_360_q.xex: At least the menu works;
    • acga_e_360_r.xex: Shows a Black Screen;
    • acga_e_360_q_ann.xex: At least the menu works;
    • acga_e_360_f.xex: At least the menu works;
    • acga_e_360_p.xex: At least the menu works (the article photo corresponds to this .xex);
    • acga_e_360_f_ann.xex: At least the menu works.
  • Includes pdb files for all xexs.

n99k3d made a modified version of this build, adding the singleplayer mode from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (Jul 23, 2013 prototype). It should be noted that although the build works, using files a month apart is not very suitable as the builds work differently and may not work as originally planned. In addition, crashes and strange bugs can occur. He also added a “README.txt” quoting the following:

  • Dump was made from ubisoft_massive_black_1 and combined with another Prototype 2 months apart to form a Complete "2 Disc Build with Both Debug Menus".
  • There are 2 Types of Debug Menus in this Build One is the Debug Menu for QA Testing / Auto-Testing and the Second Debug Menu is the "Developer Debug Menu". It is a bit Tricky to Open but its worth it;
    • Start with : "scimitar_profile_engine.xex" or for Multiplayer Debug : "acga_e_360_q_ann.xex" both are to some extent Working and even Saving is Possible. Progressing through Multiplayer doesnt work yet. Progressing through Singleplayer Works but can (but doesnt have to its instable) Crash after the Third Mission (so use Mission Skipping if necessary);
    • For the Debug Menu (use Xenia Canary Uraniumm version to work on an emulator):
      • Press L3+R3 to Initialize Fly Mode;
      • Then in a Quickly Timed Sequence (1ms Button Presses) press : L1+R1 afterwards L2+R2;
      • If you use Xenia Canary Netplay Keyboard Passthrough Version , you can use the Search Function in this Debug Menu to Find Commands and stuff (really useful because its extensive to say the least).


Note: Both Ubisoft Massive HDD #1 - Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed 4 and ubisoft_massive_black_1 are the same hdd.
