This prototype has a research article on TCRF.

Notes

• Compiled 18 days before the first retail build (the US release).
• A "Trainer" course is available in the track selection menu in this build which doesn't appear in the final.
• The "EASY" overlay on top of the vehicle selection is larger in this prototype.
• The save file takes half the blocks that the final does, and information such as the icon, and name haven't been finalized.
• The disc contains a log from building an ELF file within LOO3.R2. It contains information such as function names and global variable names, along with their address locations. The disc also includes an ELF file, leftover from the 7/16 build. They don't appear to match, however.
• Contains source code and other leftovers on certain sectors of the disc image, many of which are not present in the retail builds.
