LBP3_r513946 is an early version of LittleBigPlanet 3 that was recovered from a PlayStation 3 development kit in October 2016 and dumped in February 2018. Dated September 20th, 2013, this build predates the final game's release by a year and two months. Given it's age, it has a lot of differences from the final game, and a ton of content that never made it past this build.

Changed Gadget Icons
Several logic gadgets had their icons changed between this build and the final game.
The early Broadcast Microchip icon appears to be a circular Microchip icon inside of a dotted circle. This was changed in the final game to make it's function more apparent.
The early Colour Tweaker icon show a prism refracting light, which was changed to a more generic icon in the final game.
In the early Filter icon, the arrow is slightly shorter and the squiggly line made to represent a filter is mirrored.
The Quest Tweaker's early icon appears to be a scroll and quill inside of a square-shaped gadget. In the final game, all Quest-related gadgets use a chalice graphic, and the Quest Tweaker's shape was changed to a circle.
The early icon for the Preloader (known in this build as Streaming Hint) is a squiggly line with question marks dotted around the image. It also appears to have been rendered differently from the rest of the icons.
The early Wave Generator icon has a thinner wave line that is symmetrical. The wave line in the final icon is thicker and asymmetrical.
Character Animation Tweaker
The early Character Animation Tweaker's icon is two arrows pointing at two circles, likely representing a cycle. In the final game, this was changed to a doodle of a Sackperson with a play icon in it's head.
The early Opacity Tweaker's icon shows a square where one half solid, and the other half is invisible. (represented with dotted lines) The final icon has stripes that gradually get thinner and thinner.
The Sackpocket Tweaker's early icon is shaped like a back pocket, and is coloured pink like the Object Tweakers. It was coloured light blue and given a more balloon-shaped appearance in the final game.
Advanced In/Out Mover
The early icon for the Advanced In/Out Mover uses a skinny double-sided arrow, and is missing the plus symbol that's present in the final icon.
The early Force Chip's icon features six crudely drawn arrows pointing outward. These were replaced with eight arrows pointing away from a small circle.
Sackpocket Item Sensor
Like with the Sackpocket Tweaker, the Sackpocket Item Sensor's early icon is shaped like a back pocket, though this shape was changed to a balloon on a string in the final.
As with the Quest Tweaker, the Quest Sensor's icon went from a scroll and quill in this build, to a chalice in the final.
The State Sensor's early icon features a Sackboy inside of a coloured circle. This was changed to simply be a magnifying glass in the final, possibly to try and avoid confusion with the Player Sensor.
The early Character Teleporter's icon is a placeholder icon, being a crudely-drawn explosion. In the final game, this was changed to a doodle of a Sackperson with a spiral for a head.
This build contains an early icon for the Pumpinator powerup. The early Pumpinator model is coloured black, and is shaped differently with more glowing parts. In the final game, the only parts of the model that glow are the fan blades.
Changed Costume Icons
Zom Zom (internally named "Lil' Stink") has the icon of a very different looking character.
Nana Pud's early icon uses a very different design that was briefly seen in the 2013 pitch video.
Changed Logo Video
One of the only videos in this build is a logo animation for Sumo Digital, which appears to be a holdover from some of the developer's previous games. The final video is a still image of a handmade version of the Sumo Digital logo that fades in and out.
Newton Emotivox Sounds
Newton was originally voiced by Rik Mayall, however he passed away before finishing his lines. Hugh Laurie was later brought in to voice Newton instead. As a result, any traces of Rik Mayall's work - including dialogue, gibberish voices and emotivox sounds - were completely removed from the final game.
Seven stickers illustrating what seems to be tweaked controls. Their intended purpose is currently unknown.
Many costume pieces from this build were cut from the final game.
intro_cutscene.fsb is "Walkin' the House" from the soundtrack of Pixar's UP. This was used as a placeholder track in an early introduction cutscene.
Stitchem Green Interactive Music
i_stitchemgreen.fsb is an interactive music track for Stitchem Green. Stitchem Green was scaled back considerably in the final game, leading to this track being completely removed.
Early Manglewood Interactive Music
i_manglewood.fsb is an interactive music track for an early incarnation of Manglewood.

So far he has fled from a fortress, escaped a madcap mansion and saved a cub from a bloodthirsty pack of wolves.||One of three lines of dialogue that were used in an introduction cutscene for an even earlier version of the Story Mode. This would've summed up what had happened in the story up to that point.|
