Notes

• Labeled as 17/08/2000 on the disc but files date back to 26/07/2000.
• Despite having a Japanese serial, it shares elements of the much later PAL build in certain menus such as a selection of multiple languages although each one is a mixture of English and Japanese.
• 'Save/Load' was originally highlighted in lime rather than turquoise and every option appears to be indicated in a much brighter tone.
• Challenge mode is inaccessible and so are the options to adjust your bikes settings along with selecting your riders helmet, therefore MotoGP riders who are normally hidden can be played here instantly.
• Various menus use placeholder assets, different background images such as real life shots rather than in-game captures or appear in a more primitive state including track and bike selections.
• Replay Theater is broken and will crash the game moments after being selected however checking the option 'Enable Host Filesystem' on PCSX2 will revert it into a working state although both it and menus to save replays look very rough.
• Options and the aforementioned theater have visible debug text at the top of their menus.
• Time Trial originally had the option to drive each track in reverse with their own category of lap records.
• Unique team vinyls have yet to be done so instead their respective first choice riders are used in combination with Mick Doohan's helmet (due to being number 1) although 'Repsol Honda' is the sole exception yet Doohan's helmet is still used.
• Usually it is impossible to finish lower than 13th position as everything below that will contain duplicates of your name alongside the 'MoviStar Honda Pons' being behind by 99 laps, however manually restarting a race appears to fix this problem.
