Possibly the first build? The file size is smaller than the FirstEA build (First Early Access). This build wasnt released to the public hence the name "Beta Locker Room" and was found by a steam depot. (PLEASE ADD MORE TO THIS PAGE) This is a build that has been in circulation since 2021, the Locker Room from the betas is left in unused in FirstEA and this is merely a scene swapped build having the beta Locker Room replaced with the normal Locker Room. TLDR: This is fake.

Notes

I haven't managed to get the build running on Windows 11. If anyone can get this to work please add notes here.

Requires SteamVR to be running. If you dont have Rec Room in your steam library change the steam_appid.txt to 480 (Spacewars ID)
