A prototype of an unreleased variant of the Activision TV Games Plug & Play system running on SNES hardware.

Notes

• Developed by DC Studios for Toymax
• The released version runs on NES hardware
• Contains the main menu and Grand Prix; choosing any other game will reset to the main menu
• SHL-08-08-00.SMC, in the original prototype release, is a duplicate of this prototype
• Visuals appear as intended on ZSNES compared to other emulators
• Contains an associated readme file, labeled grandprx.txt:

Grandprix VCS - SNES (Unfinished) Game 1 works best Games 2-4 have a tunnel in them and although the tunnel looks ok initialy, after the player emerges from the tunnel the scrolling will not revery back to normal properly - will look corrupted. Also, Once a game has been played and the finish line reached, if you try to press return to restart without reseting the ROM within Zsnes, the end flag sprites will remain on the screen when the new game start.. - to fix, reset ZSNES. gtG
