The E3 1996 demo of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter originated from a SGI Indy machine owned by Acclaim. The filename was simply "biglevel". It can be seen on the E3 show floor in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8HVXp9RCfQ
