A Half-Life prototype from October 19th, 1998 marked "Net Test 2". It predates the gold release by just 17 days (a build from ten days later was released, seemingly by accident, in Italy). It contains minor differences from the final game.
Notes
The Cutting Room Floor research
- Requires the host machine to be set to October 1998, and also the CD inserted into the drive, in order to boot. This can be patched.
