Sometime in 2016, a sale occurred of old Climax Group assets for various released and unreleased projects. The lot contained prototype builds, source code, and art assets of many projects that were done at Climax up to 2010. Most of the items available for sale were initially sold through a company hired to clean out a former office for Climax, some of which has since been resold to various collectors. An estimated 2000 to 3000 discs were recovered, along with data tapes and development hardware from throughout the company's history.
This article contains a listing of the known items that could be cataloged.

Prototype Builds
The Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion (PlayStation Portable)
The Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion is a 2006 - 2007 dungeon crawler developed by Climax Group and was to be published by Zenimax Media. It was cancelled in 2007, likely due to budget and hardware concerns.
Videos of this release were initially released by Borman. The lot included 5 PSP formatted DVD's from 2006 and early 2007. The current owner of this lot is Benefactor.
Theme Park World (PlayStation/PC)
Theme Park World (known as Sim Theme Park in the United States and Brazil and Theme Park Rollercoaster on the PS2 in America) is a construction and management simulation game, and is a sequel to the 1994 video game Theme Park. Theme Park World was developed by Bullfrog Productions and released by Electronic Arts in 1999. Initially developed for Windows, it was later ported to PlayStation and PlayStation 2, as well for Macintosh computers.
This part of the lot was purchased by drx. The lot included around 100 discs containing prototype builds, source code, and art assets
Urban Assault (PlayStation)
Urban Assault is a combined first-person shooter and real-time strategy computer game developed by the German company TerraTools and published by Microsoft. It was released on July 31, 1998. This part of the lot contains an unreleased PlayStation port that was being done at Climax at the time.
This part of the lot was purchased by PixelButts. The lot included many builds as well as asset backups.
