Notes

Released alongside source code, assets, and design documents.
Might not load in some emulators; a workaround is to change the file extension to .gb
A copyright notice was added to the beginning of the title sequence, as well as a NBA logo
A "Press Start" graphic was added to the title screen
The title screen music now plays garbage
Mockups of the available options were added to the options screen
Has an associated readme file, as well as a document listing special moves:

Attached is a doc which shows where we are up to with the special moves. If you want to view them you will need to: - Select a practice game (since there's less going on) - Go to the in-game editor (hit SELECT) - Choose Game Variables - Highlight Special Move - Change it to the required move index as shown in the doc. In this version, if the player is near to the basket (but not too close) and tries a shot, he will always perform this special move. Since the Alley-opp move involves two players, it is always available (but often difficult to get).
