A prototype of NBA Jam 2001 for Game Boy Color.
Notes
- Released alongside source code and two other builds.
- Might not load in some emulators; a workaround is to change the file extension to .gb
- The Digital Creations Studios logo in the title sequence was updated
- The team selection screen has been basically implemented
- In Codebound's March 4 release, this prototype has an associated readme file:
Here's todays progress and this weeks version.
- Continued with team selection screen. This just needs the logos putting in.
- Modified the proportional font routines so text can now be centred and right justified (needed for team selection and other menu screens).
- Put the new DC Studios logo in. This got a bit washed out on the GBC so I've up'ed the contrast a bit. I need feedback from Mark if this is OK.
- Started playing the N64 version of the game which has answered most of my questions regarding rules and gameplay. I will start coding the higher level AI on Monday.
